One of our goals in starting this whole \u201ctravel vlogging\u201d journey was to be completely transparent with you guys from the beginning about the \u201chow.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For anyone who doesn\u2019t know, affiliate marketing is essentially when WE give you a link (and sometimes a discount!) for something and then make some kind of kickback as a result of your purchase. It\u2019s the way a lot of travel creators first start making money in this space. Sometimes it\u2019s a percentage of your purchase, sometimes it\u2019s a flat referral fee, and occasionally it\u2019s just store credit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
